Converting To Keyframes

How to convert to keyframes:

Select the frames you want to convert to keyframes.
Right click and select "Convert to Keyframes".

Note: Converting to a keyframe does NOT remove the frame and so does not effect the number of frames on the timeline or the length of the animation.
